Can't I just look at my Stripe dashboard?

You can, and you should. The audit exists because raw dashboards don't rank fixes by dollar impact — that analysis is the product.

Why trust a name you've never heard of?

Don't — judge the work instead. A full sample report (demo data, clearly labeled) is public: read the sample. If the real thing disappoints anyway, the refund below is unconditional.

Are the dollar figures promises?

No. They're estimates computed from your own historical data, and each one states its assumption inline. What you recover depends on which fixes you ship.

What if my business turns out to be healthy?

Then the report says so, with the numbers proving it — and we'll remind you the refund option exists. We don't pad findings to look useful.

Do you use AI?

Yes — AI-assisted analysis on tooling we built ourselves, with human judgment on every finding. That's how it's $250 and 48 hours instead of $1,500 and two weeks.

Refund policy

Full refund within 14 days of report delivery, for any reason. One email with the word "refund" is enough — no forms, no exit interview. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days. Orders cancelled before intake completes are refunded immediately and automatically. One revision pass for factual errors is included with every report; revisions don't reset the refund window.

Data handling

• Read-only exports or invites only — we never ask for or accept passwords.
• Your data is used solely to produce your report; it stays on one machine and is never shared, sold, or used to train anything.
• Deleted within 30 days of delivery — or same-day on request — with an email confirmation either way.
• Anonymized findings are used as examples only with your prior written consent. Never by default.

Terms, plainly

• The audit is operational analysis of your own billing data. Nothing in it is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
• All dollar figures are estimates with stated assumptions — not promises or forecasts.
• Delivery: within 48 hours of complete intake (usable export + intake form received).
• Not included: implementation work (that's the sprint), SEO/ads analysis, financial modeling, anything requiring write access.
• Regulated verticals (lending, investing, insurance and similar) are out of scope — we decline those orders.
• By submitting data you confirm you have the right to share it.
